How much am I actually saving?

Two different numbers, deliberately kept apart.

The figure in the review queue is an estimate — what approving those rows would be worth per week, projected from past performance. It helps you decide what deserves attention. It is not a result.

The figure on Impact is a record: changes that verified as landed, were kept at day five, and are still live. Rows that were reverted stop counting.

AutoPPC deliberately does not report the first number as savings. That is how tools end up claiming credit for things that never landed.
